Guy appears to be an autosports h8r. Terrible tragity. Drivers cousin (14) and Car owner (68) killed. I have heard two stories, the steering wheel came off in the drivers hands and the throttle stuck. I really don't know which yet, but it will come out. Its about 6 hours north of me.

Being reported that of one reason or another, the steering wheel did come off the car. Whether not latched properly or the latch failed isn't know yet.

Wow...The poor kid is probably going through He!! right now with his emotions...I really feel sorry for him.... Keep your chin up Chase....how tragic the circumstances are....it is not your fault....
