    Something to think about.

" A Senate with no rules. A president without boundaries. One day... we will still be dealing with the Toxic residue of this outbreak of authoritative lawlessness. Charles Krauthammer .

I agree with that DirtRacer. The seeds for this type of government was first planted with the US Patriot Act. Shame on the Bush administration for that attrocity and shame on the Obama administration by taking it and making it 10 times worse. (Government invansion, that is.)

Mitt, I am in full agreement with you on the Patriot Act. I don't like it and I didn't particularly like Bush 43.

I would only ask this. What can we do that won't trample on a segment of the expectation of privacy to prevent another 9-11? I've thought about this a lot and I'm not sharp enough to come up with any idea's for an alternative that will completely leave the privacy of the citizenry in tact, and I am happy to admit it.

It's not a matter of if we get hit again with a massive, well organized terrorist attack, it's a matter of when. The only determination is whether we can thwart it to the degree that the loss of life and property are kept to a minimum.

CRF, the only thing I can post is this... I see where you're coming from but a wise man once said...

“Those who desire to give up freedom in order to gain security will not have, nor do they deserve, either one.” - Ben Franklin

I would be terrified of a retaliatory nuclear attack if we nuked someone else.
