Its what TV talking heads/congress/President are all thinking about but don't mention.

Its what climategate stopped December 2009 in Copenhagen when the IPCC was busted fudging figures. They couldn't get the world to go along with it so now they are ramming it home domestically.

Look for the defunding of fossil fuels (price up)
Taxing of oil per barrel (price up)
Additional taxing of gas at pump (price up)


The first two will wipe out profit margins for the small oil guys who cant sustain long periods of loss. (price up)
