It is not a virus that can harm your computer. It is only a pop up virus, which is just meant to scare you. Update your virus and pop up protection and you will never ever see any pop ups to scare you.

I hope it's just that. I got a message that my browser was shutdown or froze and it was. I had to turn off my computer by the on/off button.

Litey have you used Teesupport before. Do they charge a fee? YOO wanted $70.00 for just one service. Makes me think that the virus or so called virus is a trick to get you to pay for their service.

Just find the program that started the date it started acting up. restore to a previous restore point. Wa La it's gone. Then get a good virus program and use Firefox browser. I would recommend Trend Titanium and there is a free system check that will fix registry errors quickly called advanced system care Google it. I've had some malware issues nut no virus for 3 years now. That's a triple layer of protection. If you keep them updated, you have to be a real cyber slut or make a habit of irritating hackers. tip set it to deny all cookies, you can get rid of the sign tht comes up by left clicking settings on sign and check none and deny again. That is where they usually get in.
