Gov. Rick Scott, a Republican of Florida tried to pass legislation requiring drug testing to receive welfare in Florida. It was deemed unconstitutional by a federal judge this past Tuesday. Exactly, and as long as we allow welfare recipients the right to vote, they'll just continue to vote for the candidates that allow this system to exist (i.e. Liberals).
