Here is my point. You said "I despise only the rich who get away not paying their fair share by hiding their money in offshore accounts." The offshore accounts are legal, so what reason do you have for despising them other than doing what he chooses to do (legally) with his money?

My main point is that they pay off these politicians off by supporting their campaigns to pass laws that allow them to do it. I understand it's legal for them to do it. oh well you make some good points though. Thanks for a good debate.

Are you ever going to realize that this taxing the rich to give to the poor is a Marxist smokescreen intended just to destroy the middle class, narrow the number of rich, dole out entitlements to the poor just to keep a solid voting base, actually miss use the tax money in whatever partisan directions they want while the deficits keeps going up, and what do you call this "fair share"? The lies and the causes of the Democrat party continue on with massive media aid, while people like you show concern about fair shares, Stegal, etc. fabricated and useful distractions of the far left. Well from my understanding now, we should not complain about people being on the welfare system for as long as they want because, after all its the law so,its diffidently legal. It's no different then the rich being able legally to hide their money in off shore accounts so,they don't have to pay their fair share of taxes. It's the law. Like I have said many many times the middle class pay for both rich and poor. What I can say at least I am trying to stick up for the dwindling middle class.

I don't believe I have not mentioned anyone or party in this thread and if you can find where I did point it out because I just can't remember doing so, have I mentioned anything about the Koch brothers in the past to be honest I just can't remember but, I'm not going to sit here and say that I have not either.

The trouble is, it wasn't legal to have that off shore account for more than $5,000 a year before legislation was implemented to protect profits from outsourcing. We lost the job, we lost the tax that that employee paid and we lost the tax on the income that went to the off shore account, but you gladly pay their share of these taxes because it's legal. You can put $5,000 a year into one of them accounts also, only you will pay tax on that money. It used to be called money laundering. Note, Romney didn't live long enough to put the amount of money in his Cayman account, at $5,000 a year. He made that money from outsourcing with a US corp, Baynes management and just dodged the taxes on it. Clearly, that law wasn't designed for you or I.

Exactly, they line the pockets of these politicians with big money so, they vote to get laws passed that allow them to get all these breaks. I guess that's the way the cookie crumbles but I don't have to like it just as well as not liking the poor take advantage of the welfare system that the allows them to do.

So there it is the very rich have to pay politicians to get the laws they want, the poor vote for politicians that continue the handouts and laws they want. If anyone believes that the welfare class does not vote for handouts as well then, we got a problem. That leaves the middle class. I want term limits and a fair tax. No loopholes. Everyone pays income taxes.
I also say this. If your on goverment welfare, (NOT social security) no cable or satelite tv, just the basic local channels, No airconditioning, Cellphone that only works for emergencies. No junk food, the basic food groups for food stamps, like WIC does for new mothers. If you want those things, get them on your own. Poverty in this country means a much different thing vs the rest of the world poverty. Also your on welfare, you should being doing things for the community in which you live. Helping the eldery, cleaning our cities, town, streets, and roads, and so on. No just sitting in front of the TV and eating Doritos.

I guess I would just point out one difference. The "rich" are taking advantage of the laws concerning THEIR money. Those on welfare are taking advantage of the law concerning OTHER people's money.
