It's a big discussion on a another board I'm on on who's fault it is or is it just hard racing? Walker Fowler is on the one the left Chris Borich is on the other. They were coming to the checkered.

A few were injured in the crowd but all are going to be fine.

The track management was at fault for allowing spectators that close to the action, with out fences or barriers.

U sign a waiver when u attend these races. It's everyone's choice where and how close they stand to the racing.

These races cover acres of land in and out of the woods. There's not enough barriers in the world to cover enough ground for one of these races.

Fowler sure wasn't giving Borich any room with him being in the grass but being on the last lap I would say just hard racing for the win. Glad to hear no one was seriously injured.

I hate to say this, but a waiver isn't worth the paper it is written on. you can't sign away your life or the means to provide for your family. When the kids can't afford to go to school, It don't make any difference if dad signed a waiver, when someone was at fault. Some hay bails and barrier ropes could save them a ton of jack some day.

I understand what your saying Bubstr. If I sign any kind of waiver no matter if it's hot wings from a restaurant or a pit gate waiver I know I'm putting myself in a different situation. Everyone that buys a ticket has to sign these adults and kids. A 600 lb quad will blow right threw a hay bail or bails at this speed. I've had it happen to me and seen it several times.

No difference in this and dirt track. Some choose not to wear eye protection and some do. It the person's choose that walks into the place rather or not they wanna wear them or take a chance on losing an eye.

The riders involved went back after the race and made everyone was ok. Everyone walked away but a camera man working for racer tv. He's banged up with some broken bones but will be fine.

Borich has that Ricky Bobby mentality, he ain't skeered to knock someone out if the way to win but I see this as a racing deal gone bad as well.

I don't think either were at fault. Just hard racing.
