There are so few left around the country that care who wins races or championships anymore it's just a footnote.

Suites me fine since I didn't watch the race and didn't find out who won the championship 'till this morning while watching SportsCenter on ESPN. The NASCAR segment didn't come on until after all the NFL football game recaps and even NBA game recaps were ahead of the NASCAR segment. LOL!!

Obscure pretty much defines NASCAR and the interest, or lack thereof.

Harvick is an a$$hole and his car owner is also an a$$hole so whatever lack of coverage is probably warranted.

Will there be any live coverage of the Cup awards banquet? Doesn't look like it. It used to be on live in prime time!! NASCAR made it's own bed, now they gotta' sleep in it, and the way it looks most of the country, even the Souitheast, is OK with that whole scenario.
