Got my brand new charger crashed!

Some old man in a Silverado reversed into my charger Friday and destroyed the front end of my car... I was parked still and he hit me at about 15 mph in reverse. My poor poor charger... On top of that what I consider the slowest crash I have ever been involved in (I felt fine after wreck) 4 hours later my neck and back started hurting so now my car which is brand new is gonna be devalued a ton and my neck and back are all sore... Sucks so bad wish I could go back in time til about 15 seconds before crash and just stop.

WOW that's too bad.Hope you feel better.I got T-boned in October by a guy that ran a stop sign in a 3/4 ton Chevy.Hit my Chevy truck broad side,I went airborne and 180 before hitting the ground, and did over $20,000 dollars damage to my truck. Neither me or the other guy got injured, but i had a little bit of a sore neck for a week, but i'm only 55 years old.

Hope your neck feels better, that must have been a he!!uva impact dude.

I've been involved in high impact high speed crashes on racetracks and while those were in my early 20s I'm 33 now. I'm still hurting from what I think is a minor wreck, it did destroy my front end of car but it's all plastic... The devaluation of the car being brand new has led me to want to seek legal help and I am hurt (I tensed up before wreck bc I seen it coming) the guy had same insurance as me and now my insurance company is treating me like I'm the bad guy. I've had zero claims in 17 years....never sued anyone or even thought about it. I've drive junk cars all my life and this was the one nice car I've ever had
