I'm sure there are plenty of good, saved, Catholics. But there is 3 doctrines they are just plain wrong:
1) Confessing sin to the priest-Christians confess to the High Priest, Jesus Christ
2) Baptizing infants-baptism is the first step of obedience after Salvation
3) The Worship of Mary- She was very important person but still she was only a human

There are save Catholics, no question. In many cases no thanks to the Church doctrine. All three points you made are 100% correct. I have received the Catholic take on the Bible in detail. I have a sweet aunt that is forever trying to return my wife to the Catholic way. Not a chance. If you see what they believe the Bible says, it is stunning. First thing they write about is to stay away from people who believe in the new birth. Another highlight is they think the Women with Twelve Stars on her head that brought forth the Christ Child is Mary. That would be listed in the book of Revelation Chapter 12. However that is Israel and the twelve tribes. They however think it is Mary and ergo the Deity belief. IT is a shame. They also do not know the difference in Spiritual Baptism and Water Baptism. Of course their are several Religious systems that believe wrongly on that too. This is why the Bible teaches the local Church with Christ as the Head, period. Independent, Bible believing Church members.
