Anyone like Ribs????Your joking , right?????Originally posted by AnonymousNate View Postbaby back ribs.... anyone...anyone like this food.... MMMM SLOW SMOKED.... dam
Spare ribs trimmed to a St. Louis cut are more tender and flavorful than are the baby backs............and much more forgiving on the grill.
If they are falling off the bone , they are overlooked...........perfect ribs should be tender and you should be able to take a bite and the bite mark be seen on the rib.
There is a very fine line between perfect and overcooked.....Where is the move over flag when you need it?????

Juicy tender baby back ribs from Pig In A Poke Prestonsburg, KY or Pikeville, KY that fall off the bone or you can pick them off the bone with a plastic fork. Best baby back ribs that I've ever eaten. Lather them a whole bunch in Cattlemen's Mississippi Honey sauce. Oh my yes....
