I never did understand why they dont allow the use of a mirror's .... I saw the leader taking out in the wws/ feature race by a lap car trying to get off the track .... Maybe someone can explain to me why using a mirror isnt allowed ....

Yup, that be it... I was told that it was Mars, I did not see it, we didn't make the "big show" so we loaded and left on our twelve hour tow home....

Dumb rule... a drivers vision is so poor with low seating positions, big c pillars full face helmets and containment seats that you can barely see anymore. Mirrors are a safety feature... and they can eliminate a lot of yellow flags when you can see a guy coming up from behind not just having to depend on hearing him.

Try driving an 18 wheeler in city traffic without mirrors... about the same deal.
