I saw The Eagles before they broke up the first time and they were stunningly good.

The style and contribution of Glenn Frey to popular music will never be repeated and Glenn Frey was a driving force behind the lyrics and sound of The Eagles.

The Eagles were the epitome of rock with just a dash of country and no one has been able to duplicate the quality of their song writing and instrumentation.

Rest in peace Mr. Frey, your mark on popular music will last forever!

“Glenn fought a courageous battle for the past several weeks but, sadly, succumbed to complications from Rheumatoid Arthritis, Acute Ulcerative Colitis and Pneumonia. The names of his medications were not released, but attributed to his death.
