Again I get what your saying but, what kind of job will be created? I'm talking about a decent paying job. It's kind of hard to come up with isn't it. I know jobs will be created because they are now. Remember 240,000 last month alone but, yet the economy is not doing good so, what kind of jobs are going to be created so, people can live the American dream. You know like in the day you could work in a factory for 30 years get a decent wage with decent benifit

When i joined the pipefitters there were over 300 applicants for the apprenticeship. The last time we took applications we struggled to get 10.
We're talking free education, raises every year, and full medical, dental, eye benefits along with multiple pensions.
With the marcellus gas boom in the northeast we have welders and fitters pulling $100k to $250k/year working only 6-8 months.
What is the problem?? Has the younger generation been coddled so much that they feel entitled to everything and don't have to work to get it?
They afraid to get dirty and sweat?
amen clamped between being coddled by all the pc crap and all the entitlements this azz hat we have in office has given out why should the people of working age give a crap about a job ? No pride or intstinal frtitude any more ...........just take what they give you and be happy !!!! I'm telling you the trump revolution is unprecidented in modern politics !!!!!!!! Trump 16' get on board or sit down and shut up and watch it happen !!!!! If you build it they will come !!!! Trump is in the process of that build right now and there are a lot of people who's gravy train is going to be derailed !!!!!!!!!!!!

Companies that move operations overseas are doing it to maximize profits. Who demands maximum profits? The shareholders. Who are these shareholders? You and me and everyone who has a 401k or IRA.

I'm betting the real unemployment numbers fall into the high 20% to low 30% range.
But then again DC created this problem with the almost never ending unemployment benefits/extensions that people milked till the government udder dried up.

Yes I have used unemployment benefits in my 30+ years in construction but when there was work available no matter where it was my azz was packing a suit case and going to work.
UC doesn't pay my benefits and pensions.....

Exactly and that's why those jobs are not coming back so, I wonder what jobs are going to be created.

Ok so, those numbers are not correct again what kind of jobs are going to be created?

I'm talking about long term jobs not temp jobs? You know like when we had manufacturing jobs.

A couple things. America's corp tax is one of the highest in the world. Economist how many jobs have they ever created? Even if manufacturing jobs could return, who has the skills to work these jobs? Young folks want to go to college for degrees in philosophy and other degrees that don't translate to real jobs. If I was a young again. I would go to vocational school. Its almost impossible to find welders, electricians, plumbers, mechanics. All which are good paying jobs. Also these young brats don't want to do the work, entry level jobs, move to a different location or state. Rather live in parents basement, and feel sorry for themselves. They expect to make 15 bucks an hours at a part time job, or they do not work a part time job.
Its a totally different time, most of us worked part time jobs while in high school and college. Even before that, we were cutting grass, shoveling snow, raking leaves, bailing hay and so on. We had chores around the house. I don't see that anymore.

I'm just going by what some economist are saying. No koolaid drinking. Listen I have said it many times that I like some of what Donald is saying and I hope it works but, that's not what some economist are saying and with the same people in congress still getting paid off by lobbyist I'm not sure it's going to happen either but, one way I can see that happening is if the American people quit buying the products made in another country.

Ok so if the economy gets stimulated and just how will the economy get stimulated? And let's say it does those jobs that you say trickle down like retail, food industry are those not the jobs Obama has created already? Remember 240,000 last month and I forget how many consecutive months that is now and still the economy is not doing good so, again what jobs are going to be created that people can work for multiple years. A good paying job they can send their kids to college. A good paying job they can afford health care. A good paying job they can build some kind of retirement off of or get a pension. You know we're talking about the American Dream here.
There numbers are bogus... if you want to see whats happening in the economy, watch the markets, they'll let you know..right now they 're stagnant ..... no real growth... all it takes a a positive administration.. it is really just that simple.... if I have a business, and I do, why would I try to grow it under an administration that's just going to tax me out of existence? The more I make the more I get hurt... what sense does that make? You Democrats have been believing the party line for decades and what has it got you? Nothing 240K jobs is chicken feed when your population is 306 million and you have 92 million people out of work.... our economic growth sucks, under two or three percent is stagnant, not growth.... that's like saying your checking account makes you money....
