Some silly laser inspection that nobody has ever got tagged for since they started using it in 2013. Evidently NASCAR is still laying for Matt because he tried to teach their poster boy Loopy Logano a courtesy lesson that he had coming to him for a long time. Evidently Kenseths common sense and clean cut looks do not fit the punk image that NASCAR wants to try to get some younger new meat into the bleachers. Instead they keep doing chicken manure stunts such as this one to drive the older fans { who by the way have the most money to spend} away. Perhaps they should try hiding Go Pokeyman at a track to plant more bodies into the seats?

In NASCAR's history, you could run a Saturn rocket engine in a car, win the race, and still wouldn't be disqualified for "cheating" unless you were on NASCAR's list before the race! Apparently there are degrees of cheating.
