Site issues

Every time I come to 4m, it loads and says I don't have permission to visit the site. If I visit again immediately, everything shows up. I have to do this every time I want to visit. I've verified it's not trying to go anywhere except to the home page as well.Any ideas?

Pain in the tush. I had a similar problem with Fire Fox on my computer in my office. How updated is your browser?
