Sure hope the NASCAR trucks put on as good of a show as they have in the past. See no reason why not. This is one NASCAR race that bears paying close attention to and it shows. It's the biggest crowd they have at Eldora all year and the only time the racing is broadcast live on national TV.
What a contrast, the fastest cars that race at Eldora, WoO sprint cars, ran their biggest Eldora show this past weekend and just 4 days later we have completely different type racing machines competing. I'm sure we'll hear all the moaning and groaning about how slow the trucks are but the fact remains, the trucks put on a good show, and when you come right down to it, isn't that all that really matters?
They'll be some great former midget/sprint/Silver Crown drivers competing. Kyle Larson, Christopher Bell and Rico Abreu.
Would like see Kyle Larson win it but either one of the other 2 former open wheel dirt drivers would be great, as well.
