My favorite browser for stories is usually the one where I already have everything arranged comfortably. I use bookmarks extensively, so returning to familiar public accounts takes almost no planning. I also like having a separate window for short videos while keeping another window open for notes. That arrangement feels natural and prevents the viewing session from interfering with other activities. For me, smooth browsing is partly about playback and partly about having a routine that stays consistent.

My laptop has separate browsers for professional research and personal interests, which made comparing story viewing unexpectedly convenient. I opened the same public accounts in both environments and paid attention to how natural the navigation felt. By using Instagram Story Viewer as a common viewing page, I could compare the experience without changing the kind of content I was looking at. I ended up preferring the browser where my research bookmarks and notes were already organized. The story viewing itself felt comfortable within that familiar workflow. It reminded me that convenience often depends on how a website fits with everything else I do, rather than on any single technical difference.
