This would be a disaster for Wayx if that happened. I am sure GIS would pick up the show.Crew Chief "Tip of the day":
Most handling problems can be solved by adjusting the screw-ball. It can be difficult to fine tune at times. Explaining yourself loudly and striking it on top of the helmet with a dead blow hammer usually works well.

I emailed the PR contact to see if we can get some clarification as to
if there is going to be any problems with the show going as planned.21- The Professor *47 - The Tallahassee Terror *58 -The MagicmanIf they are in the race, Lets face it, the battle is for 2nd !Facebook page ,Florida Dirt Late Model Posse

Waycross looks great. I live in Blackshear and have been riding by there ever so often. The track looks like we could race on it tomorrow. Dont understand why people would get on 4m and say the track will not be ready when it already is finished for the most part. Oh well thats part of it. 19

Its the people that feel its a competition between the waycross and screven events and it doesnt need to be.
Ive said it plenty already, but i think both places will get plenty of cars and plenty of fans.
I will be going to waycross and golden isles because its closer and some of the drivers i want to see
are going to be there. Cant wait for next weekend !
I do plan on taking in screven for the southern nationals in the summer.21- The Professor *47 - The Tallahassee Terror *58 -The MagicmanIf they are in the race, Lets face it, the battle is for 2nd !Facebook page ,Florida Dirt Late Model Posse

The reason I posted what I did was the 10 to 15 foot drop off on the top of the track In turns three and four. And the fact that the guy I spoke with said they still had over 100 loads of dirt to move in there.
I have no dog in this fight and I could care less if waycross races or not.Bo

Many drivers have indicated they are planning to start out at Screven and give a wait & see for Waycross but many are also committed to Golden Isles either way. With as many race teams that will be in the area and only twenty-four starting spots up for grabs in each A-Main, there could be a great deal of top drivers opting to head a little further south for a better chance at some good money.
It's really a great set of circumstances for drivers and fans alike as there will be options for the entire weekend. Here is the latest list of drivers that will either be at both WayX and GIS or will at least make the GIS event on Sunday. We look for both tracks to have plenty of good cars.

That's great news. I will be at both Wax and GIS . Still no word from Team Zero about thier plans, we'll just keep our fingers crossed. My gut tells me they will show up in Wax , because I know in the past he has said that he's not a big fan of the track at screvin. I really expected EPJ to come to Wax since thats where he earned his first touring victory [ Hava-Tampa] , but he says he's starting in Brunswick. Looks to me like it would be a short drive for 10k.
