Oldfan, still talking about Pierce outrunning Moyer. If he would have been on that rough arse cushion in Indiana he would have been another on the DNF list. Somebody said BShep was banging the cushion like JD and that was absolutely not the case. He was smart enough to go in the loose stuff above the cushion and try to make his own groove. Actually worked, think he came to second

BShep actually finished 3rd after swapping 2nd back & forth with EPJ, but I completely agree about him driving smarter than Davenport. At one time or another they all bounced through a rut or two but JD was hitting them so much it seemed like he was aiming for them. It was a gutsy move for BShep to run that line above the cushion but he made it work and it kept him out of the ruts.

Callmez you called it my man. Took guts to get up and start a groove in the sludge. I like BShep a lot better than I used to. He is showing me I didn't give him enough credit in years past. He likes the cushion but honestly the rocket xr1 chassis seep cushion dependent or atleast require moisture for the chassis to come alive unless your Last name is Richards. BShep isn't totally cushion dependent like Davenport or Pierce. Won't be surprised to see the BShep win a big one in the near future: he will be good at the Hillbilly and Portsmouth Also. Bank on it
