There was a rumor at PRP last night that all teams in the lawsuit received a letter that they were banned from all races at Eldora , WRG and UMP.Don't know if it is true or not.Anyone else hear this??

Sounds like a hard line for a company that presumptively has nothing to hide... Maybe it's time for a new sanctioning body to step up. This is a good example of why I don't like concentrated power, like nascar. WRG holds too much sway for comfort in the dirt racing world.

This is just the beginning of the "our track and refer to the rule book" defense. State and federal laws trump any track rules regarding scales that outcome prize money. Next up the tire issue. After digging into this, this same lab is on record saying and I quote " They do not know how hot a tire gets during a normal race cycle ". Can any 4m chemist tell me what happens to any Hoosier tire when it's heated in race conditions? Remember the tires that failed were missing something from the benchmark.

If they are banned, it wold seem a prudent thing to do on their part.The five didn't respect their rules and filed a suit. That was a slap in the face. Banning would be a slap back and insure it wasn't done again. Some have no respect for authority or their agreement to follow rules. But mostly, hardball. Time to anti up. After all is said and done, no one wins a law suit. Not really. For instance, you may sue your employer and even be guaranteed to keep your job, then why do they start making book to fire you from that day forward? Just make sure that settlement is worth more than what you would have made on that job.

I don't understand this so called its bad for racing standpoint. Too many of you are focusing on bloomquest. There is four other prominent drivers that feel the same way or their team owners wouldn't have put up the cash. I think it's pathetic that as a racing community that there is not more support. So many of you have already labeled them cheaters just because bloomquest is involved. I think it is sad.

they are innocent until they find foreign chemical in tires just because they do not match benchmark tire it could be anything but what was said second test they all passed so go figure.it would be nice for arbitrator to send them to another lab to be tested for foreign chemical.
