Dobber, we all know that is absolutely impossible. Go ahead and take that out of the memory bank lol. Why would Moyer drive anything other than a victory car that he designed and is marketing. That would be like a Hendrick driver racing for Roush on the xfinity series. Besides that, Moyer lives 14 hours from the Rumley shop, wouldn't work geographically work either. No way that happens ole pal!

PTown, come on buddy. Scott Bloomquist would run as what he calls a (Racket) chassis before Kevin works on anything but a longhorn chassis. We all know the relationship the Rumleys have with Longhorn. So again I say Moyer in the 6 is negative .21 percent lol

Billy is not going to commute to NC to drive a car when he has them in his reach, Kevin wouldn't commute to Iowa/Arkansas to help a hard headed old man. Kevin will have no trouble landing a gig in NC, and stay in the racing business, if that's what he wants to do. That's just my opinion.

Have yall forgotten that before this latest edition of VCs that it was a 'longhorn extreme' or something like that. I agree 100 percent sometimes being the big fish in the little pond makes racing fun instead of running up an down the road passing good race's right in your backyardOriginally posted by jog49 View PostTinkering with engines probably keeps Lee Roy going so I expect the Rumley hand will continue to be involved in racing (if they were really getting out of the national tours). You don't have to be on the Lucas Oil or WoO tours to be successful. Being the big fish in the little pond is also sometimes rewarding.
