I will say one thing that without the fansfund there would probally be only 35-40 cars. I respect all the drivers that are voted in to make a better show. People used to say crap about Bobby Pierce also but he has grow up and is as good as anyone.

I heard it at Fairbury that Bloomer will be at Cedar Lake. Wish I could go but don't have time for the 7 hour drive.

Anvelink and Swedberg have been to CL the last couple years which is nice to see. McGrath and Taylor Scheffler have been up too. Think there's a good chance all 4 are at Plymouth tomorrow. They're going to have a nice field of cars at that 4k show.

Might see some of the Lucas guys at Oshkosh on Tuesday. T-mac, Bloomer, EPJ, O'Neal all have laps at the place from '15 & '16 Lucas race.

If Swedberg is chasing a points title at Shawano he will skip Cedar Lake. For the 141 Dirt Kings show the Schefflers had to work so they couldn't go. Not sure if that will be the case tonight. You'll probably have around 22-24 cars minimum at Plymouth before adding in the out of state guys.

Berna and Blashe have open motors but I wouldn't bet on them going to Cedar Lake. Nick is the only NE Wisconsin guy who won't skip it.

Of course you might get to see Mark Rose show up so he can "make racing great again."

Rose....that was funny my man. In the "you'll like this" department... I'm driving my son down to visit a college in MO, last fall and we pass a trailer sales place on I-44, rural area. Sure enough, there sits Rose's old trailer with that ugly wrap, with his name, #, and GIANT @$$ roses, on the side of it.

What planet are you living on? They talk as much or more about Bobby now more than ever. And he has always been light years times infinity better than Michael.

Swedberg skipped it last year for Shawano points. I don't know if they want to go after another title at Shawano. A few years ago he was limited as a cushion pounder. Around this time two years ago he became more comfortable running lower and is tough on any type of track. Like Anvelink, if he had the backing and ability to travel more those guys could hold their own.

Tempted to get going about Rose but I'll hold back....
