Sounds like JD pitted twice and still ended up 2nd. Poor Richards jumped the cushion with 5 to go lol

Impressive! On Race Monitor the restart with 5 laps left looked pretty crazy. A lot of position changes on that one.

In the interview, JD said they had a plan to go high on restart, except he expected at least one of the guys in front of him to go high also. When they all tucked low on restart he just swooped around them. So, really smart racing by JD. Yes, he did pit twice. Made it up to 17th and pitted, went back to 22nd with like 42 to go or something like that.

Even after the delays thurs. and sat.......I enjoyed the whole weekend. Knoxville's 100 laps separates the men from the boys........ Such a demanding track to tame. Congrats to Mike Marlar and team. Richards, Landers and of course Davenport put on a terrific show.
