Congrats to Josh Richards ! I met Josh at Deer Creek several years ago. He was really layed back and very easy to have a conversation with.

Nope... Flat tires didn't have anything to do with Richards winning the race or the Championship. McCreadie wasn't going to run third without a flat and Bloomquist was running 3rd when he got his flat. Sheppard had already passed Bloomquist back for 2nd when he got his flat... the two #1 cars were the class of the field. Congratulations to Richards and Sheppard on winning both national dirt late model championships. Pretty big accomplishment after switching rides a year ago. Really something that you wouldn't think could work so quickly.

Why not ? You have 2 house cars, 2 very good drivers, I don't know why anyone is surprised ! Those xr-1 cars when on are fast, really fast. 2 crews that shared every bit of information. How many other A class drivers that information was shared with. Rocket has there chit together. Mark has another building being built on site. Gee, wonder why. Get in line, because the orders are I'm sure coming in. Congrats, to everyone at Rocket and Best. Job accomplished.

I don't know about 10 times but I'll agree, coming from the back is what got him the 2nd time. Tim was the show for sure but hey, that's what racing is all about.

You have to admit people trash talked Josh about how he couldnt win lucas tour...so he came over and gave em what they wanted...
