    why not bolt on the underslung bar? Rocket had a bolt on a few years ago. Does the rule say it must be welded in?

      just go to the races, they will let you know what they want, I'm sure they will give everyone a first race to fix it, and if you don't like the rules, its easy don't go

        Im with you. We have speculated a lot and have really over thought it on this thread. The rule will get tested by the teams. We'll see how it shakes out.
