Just for the record. You don't have a clue what you are talking about. Learn something about law suits before opening your big mouth, expressing your hate for Stewart. You act like you know something. All you do is lie and make things up where Stewart is concerned because of your hatred. You are deranged when it comes to Stewart just like the left is concerning Trump.

Yes they are. That is what they count on when the file these kind of lawsuits. Settle is name of the game. Our Church bus back into a car in a mobile home park. We did report it. Lawyers called every resident in the circle that had a child on the bus and asked them if they wanted to sue us. We are talking about a bump backing up into a parked car.Originally posted by a25rjr View PostAnd the real winners in this case are........yep, the LAWYERS!

More garbage. You are a real gem.Originally posted by CIRF View PostGary, if I have Stewart's monetary resources at my disposal and truly believed that I did absolutely nothing wrong I'd prove it in court for no other purpose but to clear my name of the slightest hint of wrongdoing. We've always been told that Stewart is a stand up, tell it like it is kind of guy who stands solidly on principal. I don't think he'd allow any degree of responsibility to be attached to his name if he was positive he was not the least at fault. Regardless of who gets the money from the out of court settlement there will always be at least a partial admission of guilt. It's a matter of public record no matter what any of us think.

IT would except that is not why he settled. This case was always going to be settled, and CIRF knows it. This is the way these things work, it has nothing to do with Stewart being guilty. That was settled a long time ago. Stewart has to live with the fact that someone's stupid actions ruined his life. Stewart has been punished far more than any money is concerned. The lawyer for the Ward's has nothing to lose and everything to gain. Rich vs poor. Make the money grab, stay at it until we get some money. CIRF hates Stewarts guts and I just called him out. I said, what I said.Originally posted by Pennsboro23 View PostLooks like common sense to me...

Your screen name says it all. Nobody is saying that it was completely Tony's fault but IMO he had as much to do with all of this as Ward did. They share the blame in my eyes...both of them could have done things differently that night and you know it.Originally posted by TS FAN View PostIT would except that is not why he settled. Yes my screen name is unfortunate to talk about this. So Stewart didn't have to run over him? Is this what we are talking about? OK, funny no proseecutor seem to think that was the case.. I am Still calling out CIRF who has accused him of murder all over these boards. I don't care who the driver is. In the same circumstances I would defend any of them.
So this says it all.

When I was a Kid my Dad was driving down rt45 and it was raining. a airman walking on the side of road stepped on to the road and my Dad hit him. My Dad freak out I mean He Freaked. He did not Die but in 2 days Money hounds were at the Door... Thank god the Air-force stepped in and said he was told not to walk on hy way by Air-force. and told them money hounds to take a Hike..But My Dad even if it was not his fault hurt him for years. Some times you may be right or wrong but its the MONEY in the end...Originally posted by CIRF View PostGary, if I have Stewart's monetary resources at my disposal and truly believed that I did absolutely nothing wrong I'd prove it in court for no other purpose but to clear my name of the slightest hint of wrongdoing. Power boy, I know as much about what I'm talking about as you do. Unless of course your boy Tony has been in touch with you to consult and draw upon your expert counsel! LOLOL!! Are you going to be bound by the non-disclosure clause, too, since you're privy to all the juicy inside information? LOL! I effortlessly get under your skin and live in your tightly closed mind, rent free. All I have to do is tell the truth.Originally posted by TS FAN View PostJust for the record. Now that hurts! LOLOL!!Originally posted by TS FAN View PostMore garbage. You are a real gem.
It is Penn, but you have to know this guy and his history to fully understand his vociferous pontificating. He's been at this a long time and it shows. Trust me, he would, and has defended his boy Tony no matter what.Originally posted by Pennsboro23 View PostLooks like common sense to me...
You'd have to have a lot of inside info to come up with all these "facts". Oh please, call me out and say it what you said again. LOLOL!! You've got me cowering in the corner with all that! Are you still Stewart's spiritual mentor?Originally posted by TS FAN View PostIT would except that is not why he settled. This case was always going to be settled, and CIRF knows it. Calling me out?!! Bwwaaaaaahahahahahaha! Calling me out for what?! Actually stating the obvious? Try again.Originally posted by TS FAN View PostYes my screen name is unfortunate to talk about this. You'd defend Jeff Gordon or Jimmy Johnson? Now I'll call BS on that crap all day, power boy.
I have NEVER said your boy Tony murdered anyone, not ever. I openly challenge you to find even one utterance where I have said anything even remotely implying your boy Tony murdered anyone. He's most definitely intentionally wrecked other drivers on the track and put other peoples lives and well being in jeopardy (ask Matt Kenseth, Daytona 500 2006) many times but I've never said he murdered anyone and you know it, power boy. I'll be waiting.
Power boy, you've yet to muster the guts to fully come clean as to you're undying hatred for Jimmy Johnson, and that is a fact. When you find the guts to do that then you can call someone else out. Till then you're just a coward that takes pleasure hating on decent guys like Gordo and JJ. Fess up, it's good for the soul! LOLOL!
Here ya' go, this is part of why Stewart knew he had to settle out of court. This and all kinds of other stuff was gonna' haunt him while on the witness stand. That, and what Mrs. Friesen was going to swear to. Be sure and read her sworn deposition, power boy, it surely will be a feel good moment for you. LOL!

This, right here. Regardless of how anyone feels about Stewart, you would have to be insane to think that he wasn't scared chitless at the possibility of his sociopathic history being put on display for the world to see. In a courtroom, at that.Originally posted by CIRF View PostHere ya' go, this is part of why Stewart knew he had to settle out of court. Im not sure he would of won or lost if it went to trial, but I agree it was more his skeletons being drug out of the closet being the reason he settled...Originally posted by jeffreymo View PostThis, right here.
