Bloomquist had a part break in that race. Would have to research as to what broke. So, a gift.

If I recall, it was some sort of catastrophic rearend failure. I wasn't there, but I think someone said the driveshaft was hanging down as he was pushed over the scale.

2008 Bloomquist starting last at the Show-Me 100 and passing Mars with 5 laps to go. After the race Mars said "I would go down there and pat Scott on the back and tell him good job but I'm sure he's doing that enough himself". LOL. Mars was so upset after that race.

Bloomer passing Freddy Smith on the last lap at Bristol to take the check and rewrite the history books. Dirt over pavement didnt mix. Really still doesnt bit I was there and will never forget the blitzkrieg attack that the 00 never saw coming!

That was a great race, but 2008 was better when McCreadie passed Richards at the exit of 4 coming to the checkers.

My very first night behind the wheel I won my heat race and was entered in a "special" heat, too. Led the second one for 5 3/4 laps when my carb burped and I got passed coming off of turn four on the last lap.

Two wins would have been too much I guess.

They claimed it was a 5th coil or lift bar. I wasn't there, so I can't say how true it was. I seen people say they didn't see anything, and of course the 0 faithful claimed there was. So who really knows. I remember the car making a weird move right before Birky passed him, but he was still under when he went under the flagstand.

2 that stick out in my mind are Chubs pass in the grass at PRP in the late 90s, and Delmas Conley running his own son Rod off the back stretch at atomic just a couple years back for a win after a last lap restart.

I can't believe this thread is nearly 3 pages long, and no one has mentioned the pass in the grass. I thought some of guys were hardcore fans?

I'm surprised too, it was one of my first thoughts after the obvious one's listed first.

Here is pass in the grass II : https://youtu.be/OVGjdEefwx4?t=7m5s

I think it's way better the chub's least as far as back and forth over the lap 2 laps

Man I wish somebody could post this video. If my memory serves me correctly Earl Pearson Jr Chris Madden and Duane Hommel were 3 wide coming out of turn 4 and wrecked and Moran drove by them on the high side to win the race and i thought it was the 3rd March Madness but i could be wrong about that
