Davenport has a 10:15 pm curfew that the city will be enforcing this year. They will be starting at 6:15, which will be a little early for some on Fridays.

I know Toland had put a super late together and ran Eldora and Knoxville but he blew it up big time at Knoxville. Does he have another motor now? He was strong at Eldora when he was there, too bad he doesn't have a bigger ride. I know he has had his chances, and some probably aren't fans of his because of his attitude, but he's hard to beat and has been winning for a long time. He can flat drive that's for sure.

I agree Toland has had a good career and can sure wheel a car...but as a 30-year Gary Webb fan I am not allowed to say anything nice about him (or Ray Guss Jr. for that matter).

That's kind of funny...I was a Webb fan as a kid and followed his career pretty close. In high school I pitted for a guy in the area, Kevin Scheff, and that's when my opinion of him changed. He was an a55hole to people instead of Guss, Toland, Gustaf and many others who helped people out that had less experience or $$ than they did.

Webb is a has been and has been that for a long time now!
