At one time I think it depended on the Gross Vehicle Weight, and the type of truck you were driving. I had a class C-Commercial Vehicle with an air brakes endorsement. It was a 20 foot flat bed truck for steel. I think mine was 26,000 pounds or less. But not sure. And not sure about a toter with a trailer.Comment
