Erb got on the brakes and was away from them both midway down the backstretch. Not sure what he coulda done different besides not try to advance his position.

That's not how I seen it, and I'll add that I was hoping Erb had something for Shirley. But as far as the incident goes, Erb was behind Feger and Moyer until half way down the back stretch. He disappeared behind Feger from where I was sitting, while he tried passing between them. Next you know, Moyer was parked.

Sent moyer camp an Email they replyed that he is very sore besides that he's ok going back to shop to work on cars. Also I checked his schedule they took the SN dates off

Man, that was a hard hit. I think if it was 10-15 years ago he’d be way worse. While a racing deal, Erb stuck his nose where it wasn’t going to fit. But he also checked up, it was just too late. Best I’ve seen Moyer run in a few years is these Summer Nats shows,, sucks he got beat up and is off the tour. Had him picked for the WoO races.

LaSalle should look into more protection there or something more to absorb the impact. Like Atomics turn 3 they are gradually improving.

If in fact, Moyer and Feger where running the same line, Erb would have been in between them a lap or two a go. You can't really blame any one of three. ERB was in Feger's blind spot , so he swung the tail a little wide, probably thinking it was Moyer.

I was watching a couple videos of LaSalle to see how the opening is setup. Is it like an optical illusion that its there but you just can't see it unless your on the track. All I see is a solid white retaining wall around the track.
