First Florida trip advice ?

Hubbard, where all have you ate?

St. Augustine has several really good places to eat. We go there 1-2 times a year and rent a beach house down from the pier on 2nd st. It's right across from the Taco Shop. They have good tacos and burritos btw.

Love that area.

Heres my list.....I live about an hour away and have been eating there for the last 45 years!

When we first started going Saltwater Cowboys was really good. Seems like it's fallen off some recently.

I like the Columbia, Ice Plant, Mojo and the BBQ place toward Flagler Beach as well.

I always have to remind myself Osteens is cash only. It is really good.

Caps is my favorite.

On our way from Jacksonville to Daytona over New Year's 3 weeks ago we stopped at a place somewhere between J-ville and St. Augustine. It was on the beach side of the intracoastal waterway right next to a bridge over the IW. I can't remember the name of the place but it was relatively large, pretty busy and the food was very good. I thought you guys who are more familiar with the area would could jog my memory as to the name of the place.

They had a huge outdoor dining area and it was something like 83 degrees the day we were there and it was an outstanding experience at prices that didn't make you cringe.

That's actually in Jax Beach!

They actually are a seafood wholesaler with a warehouse and another restaurant in Mayport!

We were out looking at property the other day & found Saltwater Cowboys at the end of a street by accident …. My wife had shrimp / Lobster eggs benedict for breakfast @ red frogs pub sunday …..The place was packed ...

Hurricanes right where you turn to go to Saltwater Cowboys has a good burger btw.

Red Frogs breakfast is solid. About 15 minutes south down A1A there's a really nice state park if you're out wondering one day.
