Me and my dad been to every world since 90, and never missed a dream race. We've never had anything stolen.

The party life is dead, and has been for about the last 10 years. There's hardly anyone left walking around the campgrounds about an hour after the races are over. The law makes sure the place is on lockdown.

That is good news.

I’ve never camped there. Stay in hotel in Richmond IN. Been to every Dream since 07 and a couple worlds and a kings royal. Never had a bad time at that place. It is and will always be a special place. The Mecca of dirt late model racing.

By no means am I saying everyone is swearing on a stack of bibles and honest Abe’s, but it is noticeably better.

I don't doubt what you say, cnbf, and it's great to hear that things have improved, or at least it appears that way. I would never discourage anyone from attending or camping at Eldora, in fact, we still renew our tickets to the World Hundred and I may attend another one sometime in the future. Our group camps at Eldora during the 4 Crown with no problems at all.

I was just pointing to the OP first hand experience as to what can happen and to exercise proper precautions. Take if from someone that knows, if you, or someone in your group gets a couple of thousand dollars worth of your stuff lifted it tends to seriously diminish the experience. Twice is a deal breaker!!

I just ordered tix and camping spot for 3 of us to go to The Dream. My first trip after all these years and I can't wait!

I'd be willing to wager throughout the course of the season we attend, on average, at least as many and probably more dirt late model races than you do. But, forget I said that, I'd rather piss you off!f LOL!

And I’m not trying to defend you, but I see you ruffled the flock. This is for and somewhat against your position.

The 4 Crown doesn’t draw anywhere near the people that The World 100 does. Only comparable race at Eldora is the Kings Royal. So by comparison, the 4 Crown should certainly have less aholes. There’s less people, the more people there are, the more ignorance and thieving that is going to happen.

But I understood your point too. You attend the 4 Crown with no issues, and twice had sh!t stolen at The World 100. Would leave a poopy taste in my mouth too.

Well, to be honest it’s really easy. Click on their name, go to their profile, and add to ignore list. But, I just clicked on you for an example and I can’t block you, grayed out. But, Wisconsin guy I can. No idea. They seem to have fixed some of the weirdness that was going on here though with quoting someone, and editing something you misspelled etc.
