Brian is not running the whole tour this year so I doubt that happens. Pierce would have had a better chance at the win had he not used up his tires. Sheppy is becoming king at tire management.Originally posted by Illtsate32 View PostShirley is gna eat Bobbys lunch this year unless they make some big changes..8/13/16

cnbf, J-ville is one of the best tracks in Illinois, and yes, that includes FALS. Kenny Dobson is hands down the best and most fan and racer friendly promoter in the business. He almost always runs a very timely and efficient show and if he doesn't he'll make it right even if it wasn't his fault. Last October when FALS cancelled Sprint Mania two weeks ahead due to rain in the forecast (yeesh!!) Kenny organized a near impromtu event to take the place of Sprint Mania and it drew 76 cars and a very good crowd on the same weekend that it was supposed to rain! We make the 2 hour trip to J-ville every chance we get. Kenny is in the process of developing a non sanctioned midget class to race a half dozen times a year at J-ville. If anyone can get it done it will be Kenny.Originally Posted by chupp n bloomer fan Sounds like it was a good race. Sweet little track.
We really wanted to go to the J-ville Summernationals but work obligations messed up those plans. Great to hear it was a good show!

Fast pass may just be the greatest thing since sliced bread. I have it for the outlaw sprints both last year & this year. Got it for the late models in February this year for Volusia's week & just restarted it last week for the summer nats.
For sheer volume of content, the $39 a month for the sprints is a great deal. I like the dune buggies as some call them as much as I do the late models. They race at least 8 times a month & some of the summer months are 12 or more nights of racing. The quality of the broadcasts has improved so much over the last couple years as well. And for this month with the summer nats, it is a veritable steal to get to see nearly 30 races for $39. Great stuff!!

Been saying it since it was announced months ago. The Fast Pass deal for this 30-day period is the best PPV package ever. Something like 35 races for $39. That’s just crazy. We’re vacationing in Destin this week, but we still found a way to get the race on the TV in our condo last night. The top had been dominant the whole race, so there wasn’t any reason for Bobby to change it up. He just got stuck on a tight track. Brandon only had one option and the bottom came in just enough for him to get it done. That was a fun one to watch. We’ll be tuned in tonight too! Anyone think the Jacksonville track was similar to Richmond, KY?

...dont attack me for what I'm about to say...lol...this is in regards to the lapped traffic that held pierce up....they didn't hold up Sheppard...so now that we're on the same page here's what I wanted to say about that....watching Bobby's post race interview he made a comment about the lappers holding him up...I know he was frustrated...but like I said...shepp got around them...however...he said the flagman never threw the blue flag...now different people have different views on what that flag means...I for one think its "hold your line"...some think it means move over...which could cause catastrophic results...now the guys in question were racing for position...i dont blame them for going at it side by side....lap after lap...its racing...even though it was for 14th place...but...if the flagman throws the blue flag...it does let those guys know the leaders are approaching...whoever the leader is....and perhaps they would have gotten out of the way...there is not much difference in pay if any....and about 99.9% of the drivers in that situation dont want to be the guy who cost someone else the race...that being said...shepp played it right and after getting passed...Bobby started over driving trying to catch him...fun for the fans I'm sure
