Lucas Oil announcer is good, he gets excited and that's what I like on the other hand and he and his partyner have a good back and forth. now Rick from WOO is almost unnerving. I do like the rabbit ears up for 2 to go but the other stuff is pure ignorance!! I do like Dustin, he is awesome!!

I know I'm late on this, but I want to hear the cars. The track announcers don't talk for 75% of the lap and when they do they don't know a (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word) thing and then its back to quiet background engine noise. I emailed them about it and they didn't care, only said sorry hope its better next time...they don't get that there probably won't be a next time without improvements.

I don't want to pay the same as DoD and get so much less, no dedicated announcers, no pit reports, one camera(they claimed they had three but they must have been right next to each other because all you ever saw was a camera from the front stretch)...it just wasn't worth the $$ or the time.

IMO opinion DJ is the best......Big fan of Tommy Tedder that does the ultimate series too.

Rarely hear any of them at the track from where we sit , but the Ppv and reruns I get to watch I really enjoy their smooth voices and spot on driver info.

I'm not exactly sure of the announcers that you people are speaking about. Is there a problem on 4M to name names? I'm not trying to be difficult here, it's just that I don't know.

My problem with naming names is that I don't know the guy's name haha. I just know when I have to watch a race on Lucas Oil TV he's always the guy "announcing" (although calling it announcing is quite a stretch). If I had a dollar for every time he says "Are you serious!!!???!!" I'd have enough money to field a car that makes every team in the sport look low-budget.

Why is the main guy's volume so low & the others are loud?

I think the guy that does the American Ethanol series this year does a good job announcing, I dont know his name though. You can understand him, and he doesn't go overboard with screaming.
