There are usually at least a couple guys with Brandon in the family car. We all have been involved in racing for many years and are mostly family members and close personal freinds. We can service and fix anything on car and hauler. We all are vollenter help and do it because of our love of racing and because of Brandon. The Rocket 1 team are very knowledgable and experienced and on the pulse of current happenings in DLM world. Rocket one is Brandon's job and he is excellent at it and don't tear much up. We try to race the B5 when his schedule allows and never assume to be anything close to Marks operation. We do the best we can and have fun doing it and that's all that matters

B1 crew just keep doing what you guys are doing. The fans here in central illinois have your back.

This is about the dumbest thread ever.

Bshepp is a GREAT Driver, and the #1 Car is prepared to exacting standards, that equals a lot of wining. Not a lot to figure out from there.

All I asked was, is it good for the sport/series? And how fans thought? I never once mentioned that Brandon wasn’t or the whole team wasn’t a class act! Just wondering how other fans thought of the 1 being so dominant? I know the car/team is gonna dominate!

I would say its more of a reflection of the Series not, the Race Team. Seriously, if he is on the Lucas series, does he win as much? i say NO.

I got on late to the the thread, my dumb comment was about Sheppard not being a good driver, and the B5 car not being as good as the #1 car.

People seem to get the notion that all you need is a Rocket XR1 and it entitles you to win. The #1 car wins because its a XR1 in part, but it has a full time team working on it, couple 3 guys working 40 plus hours a week to win races, plus Richards himself, and God only knows what other Engineering in the background.

Two things a Race Car loves, money and time.

Part time teams with working guys racing are getting phased out, the research and data needed to be fast and compete at their level is getting further away by the day.
