Understand that it will not be to far into the future that our sport becomes 'socially unacceptable'....We continue to let the standards for all be dictated by the minority, only question is 'how long?'. The next nail will be 'self driving automobiles', at that point the connection to racing a car will make no sense. 100 years ago they raced horses at every county fairgrounds....

It already is socially unacceptable to slacktivists who whine about pollution on their iPhones without the slightest bit of self awareness.Originally posted by EvelB7 View PostUnderstand that it will not be to far into the future that our sport becomes 'socially unacceptable'....We continue to let the standards for all be dictated by the minority, only question is 'how long?'. This idea that widespread electric cars are coming by 2030 or whatever is extremely naive. The infrastructure to support widespread electric car usage simply does not exist and will take decades to get there.Originally posted by JimBo View PostThis is the kind of BS that p1sses me off, and it should you too! Can you imagine going to the electric Late Model races? Me neither. It's coming.
