I cant imagine Burroughs leaving now. Why wouldn’t he have just gone with RTJ with the success that they had? Location maybe?
I’m sure all of the pieces will officially start to fall after Charlotte. There is also a lot of chatter about Rocket1, Briggs, and Sheppard.

SSI Closing the doors at the end of the year. Hudson is going to Double L full time with Davenport only running a limited schedule with Landers. Overton to Longhorn with Burroughs as crew chief. Sheppard to the Rocket 1 team for 2025 while David Gravel's team owner preps everything to start a dirt team for Sheppard to run in 2026. This gives Drake Troutman another year on the road before going to drive the Rocket 1 car in 2026.

Why would Overton move rides when he's the mastermind on infinite chassis? Any why would Hudson go to double l when last I heard his team is switching chassis to rocket? An why would Troutman go to rocket when he's been running longhorn fairly regularly?

I wouldn't say that Overton is the mastermind there at Infinity. While I'm sure he has worked with the design, his wins have actually been in a Longhorn that is used to make you think its's an infinity. Gustin is going to be the "team" car so to speak for Infinity.

He's a wheelman for sure but after his last stint with LOLM it sounded like he never wanted to do that again. He could run a pick and choose and still make plenty like he's done before.

Overton doesn't necessarily have to run the Lucas tour to drive for the Longhorn team. I bet he jumps around running whatever they want to run.

Not hard to figure thoses out. Do research watch a few videos an thoses questions are answered. Look at photos of said drivers right after things went down an when they won as you see a few ppl not in the pics.

Troutman would be a fool to not get support from someone like Mark Richards. He's future house car driver material.
