He was fast all weekend from the highlights I saw on YT. I would've preferred a victory with less childish drama, I understand ruffled feathers but you shouldn't hurt yourself to get revenge when your still in the hunt(RTJ). It looked very personal, like he thought Madden had insulted his wife or something. Congrats to Madden on ending the season with a win.

They banged into each other a bit during the race. Was that the drama that took place after the race? Was it due to the fact that both were NOT in Koehler cars over the weekend? (As you all know, Madden was in a G.R. Smith car at Charlotte, as he will be on a partial schedule for 2025).

Max has stayed out of trouble for the most part this year. Good for him. Drama seems to follow that team around though. IMO Madden and Smith are a perfect pairing.

I hate to hear he sold out, might be a good time to do that considering the rough economic picture on the horizon, regardless of the election outcome. I suppose he could return to BWRC if he was inclined and health allowed him to, they run well together and have a long history. Maybe it makes more sense to drive someone else's equipment at this stage and let them carry the financial burden. Like him or not, he's very sharp on chassis and shocks with years of experience and a proven resume. I hate that his time with Bloomer ended so quickly, they were a powerful combination, but only they know what went on behind closed hauler doors. Putting 2 powerhouse personalities together can be volatile. In years gone by Bloomer and Madden had more in common with their life choices and lifestyles, but I know Madden had changed course but Bloomer seemed to be clinging to the past, I could see that being an issue for them. I suppose in regards to Chris and his racing future, that the cliche' of "Time will tell" is appropriate. I wish him the best of luck w/G.R. Smith & Co.

You're right he is back, back at wrecking people to win cause thats all he has ever done. Madden and G.R. are a great pairing.

Just admit that you are not as smart as you think you are! I sat at a track one time and watched G.R. break a track record (and convincingly) that most everyone thought couldn't be broken. He's always managed to have fast equipment, oftentimes too fast for him to drive but occasionally, he has been known to let it rip. Chris Madden will let the beast eat and Charlotte was a good example of their capabilities.
