Come up with an immediate test or don’t test at all, I’m so sick of watching a race then find out a month later he didn’t win. Use three different labs if your going to do it.

Mere curiosity: it says the "loss" of $$$. Are the winners not paid that night? If yes, how does the series get their money back?

What a mess on these deals. I'm with golddirt, the guy that got his picture taken is the winner...leave it at that.

I know a lot of times if tire test are being done the winner does not get the money until the results come back

How many times have you failed it?

If they fail a tire test, then no. That's why most series hold the winner's money until the test results come back.

It's pretty simple. Don't dope your tires and you don't have to worry about it.

I look at it like this. The amount the winner was paid isn't important if I'm there as a fan. By the same token, I still received the same show, of the "winner" is later deemed not the winner. I wouldn't stick around for crate engine teardown either.

Agree. But I’m just a fan in the stands. Wonder what the thoughts are of those other race teams in the pits though…

I think they should do away with tire rules. I don't know why they have them in the first place. Could someone explain to me why, please? Do tire rules make the racing better somehow?

Tire rules are supposed to limit what you have to bring to the track. Saves time and money.
