Vic has removed his post until official clarification from Joe/Phyliss Loven.

If it has actually been sold: this shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone. It has been for sale for several years.

Here's what I think is going on. Phyllis Loven has a buyer, but the deal has not been closed yet. She probably told Vic she has a buyer and he took it as if they had a done deal. It's not done until the papers are signed. Joe Loven's daughters are trying to fight this. They want it to stay as a racetrack. Stay tuned to As the World Turns.

There is an offer out there to keep it as a racetrack. No word if Phyliss will accept it or not. May hear something soon.

12.1 Q time at a place that big is nuts, I feel like it races like a big 1/4 mile. I been twice on the way to Bristol. I think if the gap and tazwell could work together on some weekends together it might help them both. Kind of like how fals and FC work together for lucas dates.
