Cardirt0- Nascar is making him eligible to get back in the Chase even though he won't qualify for every event in 2015, which is against the rules that they wrote. If you make up rules as you go maybe Nemecheck will be eligiable by the end of the year, What u say?

Thats just it.. There is no Rulebook when it comes to nascar .. They will call it a pre mid of the year change... lol
