Davenport is the man to beat this year. No doubt. To be really called great or one of the best. You have do that year after year. Bloomer is always right there every year. Some years better then others. But thats how it goes. So, Jd is the top dog so far this year. But, can he do that for 25 to 30 yrs? Time will only tell. I truly believe Bloomer has several good years in him still.

What's funny about this whole conversation is that Bloomquist has been getting a Georgia ass kicking right along with Owens and the rest of the Lucas guys and Woo guys but yet y'all singing his praises like he is God!! My problem is thats what everybody thinks bloomer is GOD and hes far from it. He has done alot and prolly more than anybody in his career but hes not as good as everybody thinks. Jd wont be steady yr after yr as he hasnt been up til this yr now if he continues w longhorn then I would say yes but still not as long as bloomer or moyer.

I don't think Bloomer is god. I do think he is one top two best ever late model drivers. The reason I started to become a fan of bloomer. Is because how smooth his driving and i think its a thing of beauty. When he is on his game. I got out the late model scence for severals. Just got burnt out traveling all over to watch big races and got to expensive.Most race fans love him or hate him. But he does bring in the fans. There is a reason why he changed his mind on going Fairbury.
