He is having an amazing season. No doubt it. Lets see how he backs it up in the next few years.

Saying Scott Bloomquist ever won 1 million dollars in a season proves to me that some of you need to go back to School.... Outside of Donnie Moran, it's never happened in 1 season.... I don't care how many races he raced and won... There's some Tennessee rednecks that failed in Math Class...

Give me a break. Proof to me Bloomer did not win a million since you seem to know so much.
Apparently you are a Bloomer hater, take a right turn and get off this thread.

I guess I should of phrased it different, in being has there ever been a one hit wonder (which some are saying JD is) have this type of season and then fall off.Originally posted by Phil P.Yes, but you asked in a season right? Those 3 I posted had as good of run consecutively as JD then literally dropped out of sight .

I wouldn't say Johnathon is a one hit wonder. He's a solid racer that's on a roll. There have been lots of rolls in the past and hopefully there will be more in the future. One of the best things about LM racing is there are usually 10 drivers or more that can win on any given night. There is no doubt in my mind, that he will be beaten, but even when he is, he will have a lot to be proud of.

crazy
2,5,10, maybe, 50, 100 laps not a chance. bloomer would win 8 out 10 time for sure. Anyone of the top 10 drivers driving rumleys stuff this year could be this dominate. I say good for JD win them all until the others catch up and they will. That's what makes this sport great.Originally posted by T-MAC39FANPut bloomer and jd in 2 cars set up the same and jd will still smoke his a$$. 2, 5, 10,50,100 laps it doesnt matter.

Nice to see someone under the age of 40 winning some of these races. JD may never have a stretch like this again but I think he will be one of the 5 or 6 guys to beat over the next 10-12 years. Look at the age of most of the top guys. Pretty much all in their 40's and 50's. JD has father time on his side.

JD was knocking on the door and making some noise in the BW house car before the fateful move to Bowyer. That move has put the brakes on several careers up to this point. This epic run has to stop at some point, probably sooner than later, but it has been fun to watch a local boy get to the top of the dlm world.
