All I was implying was name is not changing, unless the deal doesn't happen.Up in the air who my next “favorite†driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normalâ€.

Here my take on it, why didnt scott stay on the scale and tell his guys to get a 25 lbs. Weight next to his car see what it read. Then drive off see if it scale pick up the 25 lds. If it didnt say 25 lbs. Then you would knew it was off or not.

That's probly not enough time to get it through the system.......then again, maybe he got paid....something! lolOriginally posted by gorj View PostAlmost three months and no court case against Eldora or UMP in Darke County. I'd say the matter is closed.
I don't have a problem with Scott challenging their scales accuracy. If you're getting paid 100k based off what you weigh, I would want them accurate too. I can tell you this from experience, He will win hands down in a court of law if their off. Also, There will be additional fines and penalties depending on how much their off.Lions don't worry about the opinions of sheep.

If they were off wouldnt others came up light also that night.
I just find it hard to believe that someone else wouldnt b light if scales were off that much.jmoLast edited by SLIDING SIDEWAYS; 08-31-2015, 03:36 PM.THE REAL SLIDING SIDEWAYS!

If that was the case then Id say 90% of the cars that crossed the scales that night were light. Again......it doesnt matter what any other scale reads, your car needs to weigh 2300 at Eldora's scales, not your home scales.Originally posted by 25drtrkr View PostNot necessarily, they could have been running heavy.
Do you think Scott would've taken Earl to court over this same deal? Nah, Earl would tell him to eat a hot dog and get over it.
I seen Pierce show up 32 lbs light one year after finishing 3rd in the world. Wasn't nothing challenged or said. Bob knew his stuff wasn't right and kept his mouth shut.

Im not saying one way or the other. But, I have been in business that deals with weights and measures and states are very rigid about their accuracy. All Im saying is, if their not accurate and haven't been inspected, Scott has a legitimate court case.It doesn't matter what the other racers weighed, only if they're accurate.Originally posted by zyoung25 View PostIf that was the case then Id say 90% of the cars that crossed the scales that night were light. I'm pretty sure, if that happened to anyone on here, they would expect the same. Afterall, we're talking about a 100k here. A decent lawyer would have a field day with this.Lions don't worry about the opinions of sheep.

I say Eldora never let Bloomquist near the scales. If you were Slack, would you? I'd tell him to take a flying leap. It gives the fans something to talk about tho.Originally posted by Nasty55 View PostBloomquist just screwed up plain and simple and now he is trying to justify that fact by calling foul on eldoras scale's..... He just needs to accept the fact that he was light at the scales and move the fuk on......8/13/16
