Seriously?? They could race all over the track. It was much racier than when it was heavy all night on Friday.

Yes was a good run for Shirley. Pierce may have made it interesting, if he didn't start so far back in the A main. The track looked like a skating rink..

Unless a track "rubbers up" (Wheatland did not), they generally provide better racing when they are "slicked off" from top to bottom, than when they are hammer down.

I don't mind a slick track at all. It brings the racing down to driver skill and makes things interesting. The Illinois Bad Boys was up to the challenge.
