Drivers plans change, just like the direction of the wind. I don't blame him for staying close to home. He won 3k at moler Friday, which was probably more than he would've taken home from Batesville.

I'm sure he has more lucas tires laying around than he does lm tires, just because of his early season plans.

And i bet they love paying for their own point fund about as much as the Florence racers love paying for a point fund they can't collect.

The Moran's were quick to to admit it at Eldora Saturday. I talked to all three boys and saw the 06 myself. The wrong tire was pulled out of the rack and put on the car. If any of you have ever travel much with a team tires are constant juggling match. It could have Been as simple as grabbing the wrong tire, mounting the wrong one or the stagger was right so grab it and let's go. They rolled everyone out quick for the feature and didn't really line up in staging and check tires prior to the start like they traditionally do at Eldora. Jumping from Ump, to Open to Lucas to whatever else a track or series comes up with is headache. You think just last weekend a team that ran Friday at Moeler and then Eldora needed at least 28 tires with the different tire rules, stagger options, etc. not mention if they wanted spares incase of flats for both nights with different tire rulesHere's a link that gives a little insight on the Lucas Tires. https://www.hoosiertire.com/lolmds2013.HTM

now come on you know Morans knows what tires run at Eldora and that's not the teamn he first time they got caught there with the wrong bu right tirs it happen to Donnie at the world one yeaet its not r and how is that lining a different pocket its not lke he was running a Good year like they said it was a mistake on their part , I saw results of race this weekend that they said the team have the wrong valve springs (modified) but they don't mention it n the rule book plus they had a whole year to comply to the the new rules
