Bingo! The so called "assault weapon" is just the beginning. Next is high powered handguns. Anybody with any gun sense knows that my handguns and assault weapons are both semi automatic.

Going after the tool that was used is just stupid. Maybe somebody will go on a killing spree with a claw hammer and then they can outlaw those. Handguns are illegal in Britain and one of their politicians was killed today with a handgun and a knife. I guess he wanted to make sure he got her. Sad. It would've been just as destructive had he stolen a dump truck and plowed it thru the club... Why not box cutters, they used those to bring down planes filled with people... The reasoning of going after the tool used to do the job is ridiculous. And that Gumba preacher in Cali does NOT speak for Christians and/or Baptists, he's an idiot that doesn't know his scripture.

The last few sentences is an absolute true statement. He does not represent the Christians or Baptist. I was raised in a traditional southern Baptist family and the what he is saying is an embarrassment to the Christian community.

UN forces have yet to be effective anywhere they have been deployed. There's no way in hell they could stand against a country that has more guns than people, not to mention you'd see a whole lot of governors activating their national guard units to put a stop to that foolishness. At any rate, it's not UN forces that will destroy this country. It's something called "bystander apathy." In other words, people sitting around doing nothing while their rights are slowly eroded.
