Why has no Lucas oil regular been caught?

Terry Casey was popped by Lucas when he was still a regular. They were still using the sniffer, and they went to test his tires and he told them not to bother, he had dirty tires on the car. He took his suspension and moved on.

I will say this,their is a chance that a man that doesn't own the car he races didn't know anything about the tires,some guys just show up to race the car.............now,a guy that owns his car.........well he knows what he's running at all times............I know that Sheppard and Owens do not own their cars...........do not own their cars.............and the other 2 guys,I don't if they own their cars or not..................Owens has been caught before,that doesn't look good,but once again,I don't think he was the owner.
