Left Frt. Upper Control Arm Mounting

I need a left upper control arm for a 08 Mastersbilt. Calls for a 10 1/4". It mounts to the inside of the frame. If I can't find a 10 1/4, would there be any issues using a shorter and mount on the outside of frame?

It will work but your camber curve will change and you'll lose more camber when the LF of the car lifts and it will change your bumpsteer.

*Not a masters guy but assume mounts will allow one to be mounted outside of the frame*

I think I'll keep it on what it calls for. Thanks
